It starts too slowly and suffers from weak dialogue and less-than-epic acting. But as popcorn movies go, this is the year's popcorniest.. The father-daughter subplot packs all the emotional heft of Madonna's Papa Don't Preach video.. Too big for its own good, too pure of heart to diminish, brawling, magnificent, heroic and flawed: That's King Kong, and that's King Kong.. Does Jerry Bruckheimer have the same nagging feeling of deja vu as he compares each new screenplay to those that have gone bef...
0360717

Prince of Persia - Der Sand der Zeit (2010) Film Abspielen

There's simply not that much to see in the performances.. A bungled mass of relationship gab and frat-friendly gross-out gags, with the latter, and most of the laughs, front-loaded into the first few reels.. Although the film got stuck in editing limbo for two years, no amount of cutting could rid the project of a diseased premise. Nor is it erotic or violent enough to be an effective critique of human nature.. In other words, a lot of people realized they had an epic clunker on their hands..
Filmmaker Cameron Crowe can't catch a break with Aloha, a Hawaii-set romcom that is a handful of stories struggling for a unifying tone, but is nowhere near as toxic as its advance buzz.. "Aloha" isn't horrible, but it does have a pitiable odor about it, like a dog that's sat too long on the beach.. Where to begin with Aloha? Begin by not going to the movie.. Even with a third eye on your forehead and peyote in your bloodstream, you won't be able to follow this long and winding road any better than Doc does.. But what if that character isn't funny and hasn't an ounce of charm?. Daffy, dated, and precisely as intended.. The picture is no great shakes as cinema, and a shade too cute for its own good. Still, it's a mild shock to see a competent film released in the January trough..
